We collect the information you provide when ordering: your name, phone number, items, collection method, delivery address when needed, bank-transfer receipt and order notes. Email is optional. We use this information to verify your phone, fulfil your order, review payment, arrange delivery, provide support and prevent misuse. Missing required information may prevent checkout. Payment currently uses bank transfer; we do not request card details for checkout.

When you request a WhatsApp code, your phone number and code are sent through Meta/WhatsApp. With consent to order notifications, we send confirmation and an invoice image through WhatsApp. The invoice may contain your name, phone, delivery address, items and amounts. Store staff receive order details for review. Necessary delivery information is shared with the selected courier to fulfil your order. Consent to order messages is not used for marketing campaigns.

We use Cloudflare to host the site, store orders and files, protect forms with Turnstile and render invoice images. Meta processes WhatsApp messages. These providers may process information outside Oman. Clerk provides store-administration sign-in. Browser storage helps recover your basket and order after a connection failure.

Administrative access to order information and transfer receipts is restricted to authorised users, and requests use HTTPS. We retain information needed to fulfil and support orders, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We review deletion and consent-withdrawal requests; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority in Oman.
